School shows, which are now held every two years at the Bonington Theatre, Arnold, have raised  thousands of pounds for charity. The nature of the school dictates that children's charities should benefit most from the hard work of our pupils, and, wherever possible, donations are kept local to the Nottinghamshire area.  Money raised in 2007 has now been used to restore old and provide new wooden floors at Sherwood Community Centre.  This will benefit groups who meet there, such as Playgroup, Parent and Toddler, Childminders, Play Scheme, other children's clubs, and various other groups.

As well as our own shows, we have been involved in many other public performances, from local and national charity events, car-launches, company promotions, international sporting events, and many pupils have had opportunities to perform in Galas and Competitions at the Dominion Theatre, London, Blackpool Opera House and Buxton Opera House.

In years when we are not performing a show of our own, dancers still get the opportunity to gain stage experience through Medal Tests and performing at Summer Fairs.
